5 days in West Sardinia: a practical itinerary
A simple first-timer route through beaches, Tharros, Cabras and the north Sinis.
Day 1 — Cabras & easy arrival
Settle in, explore Cabras and keep the first day intentionally light.
Day 2 — Is Arutas & Mari Ermi
Build a full beach day around the central Sinis coast.
Day 3 — Tharros & San Giovanni
Combine archaeology, viewpoints and a slower evening near Cabras.
Day 4 — Putzu Idu & Capo Mannu
Head north for a different stretch of coastline and sunset.
Day 5 — Boat or flexible weather day
Use the final day for a boat experience or whichever beach has the best conditions.
